

Working in a rapidly changing environment presents many challenges. Modern day change is fast, unpredictable, pervasive, and relentless, to the point of overwhelm. Its impact is substantial, and can result in high stress levels, anxiety, exhaustion and even burnout. The WQ Program is a dynamic, high impact program that addresses these challenges directly. It provides practical tools that will improve the way you focus, connect, adapt, and recharge, especially under these demanding circumstances.
The Program includes a series of events that bring people together to reflect, connect and interact meaningfully on the themes of WQ. The interactions are intended to inspire and kickstart sustainable behaviour changes that promote wellbeing, fulfilment and resilience, both personally and collectively.
Journey
The journey includes a 3,5-hour onsite team foundation session; four interactive deep dive sessions with colleagues/co-workers, 20 digital nudges (online articles) and 1-3 individual coaching sessions, depending on personal needs.

Live sessions
The first session will be onsite. This session explores the fundamentals of energy management. You will reflect on your personal energy together with your team and gain powerful new insights into behaviours that can enhance your personal daily energy and that of your team.
The follow up deep dive sessions will be onsite or virtual, depending on your team’s preference.
The sessions are created with interactivity in mind, incorporating various elements such as discussions, self-reflections, exercises, sharing, and educational components.
Our highly experienced facilitators will ensure a safe environment for you to share and discuss your ideas and challenges and identify your next steps forward.
Tips & tools
Learning and growth occur in different ways. The live sessions offer an opportunity to interact with and learn from others. In addition, you will be able to dive deeper – that’s what the Tips & Tools are for. They are micro-learning opportunities, designed to intrigue, inspire, and further inform. This part includes:
- in-depth articles for a deeper dive into the topics covered in each section, exploring additional aspects of the themes discussed.
- self-reflection exercises.
- suggested practical techniques and tools to put theory into practice
The use of the Tips & Tools is at your discretion; however our recommendation would be to set aside a minimum of 15 minutes per week to dive into further insights, exercises and practical tools relevant to your personal challenges, both at work and at home.

Personal coaching (optional)
As part of the program, you may be offered 1-3 optional sessions of individual coaching. The sessions are not a must, but research shows that personal coaching positively impacts people’s lives and careers by helping to:
- establish and take action towards achieving goals.
- take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments.
- work and communicate more easily and productively with others; and
- gain more job and life satisfaction.
The personal coaching option provides the opportunity to integrate the program into your daily routine, and assess both your goals and progress with an objective, outside expert.

Between knowing and doing lies the ‘real life gap’. This is why the program was designed to maximize interaction and practical skills.
You will focus, connect, adapt and recharge with your colleagues. You will be helping each other to learn, discover and implement new ideas, techniques, and skills. While receiving extra personal support from a qualified coach.
